Keep your eyes peeled for our next competition, this one will be exclusive to newsletter subscribers so make sure you are on our newsletter list!

The Fashion Season
I love watching the shows on Vogue.com during the collections. I believe Autumn/Winter 2019 was a season that saw a return to femininity across all the main collections.
My favourite London show was definitely Richard Quinn, the designs are such a modern take on prints. He created such fresh modern designs and his unique screen printed textiles elevated his dramatic silhouettes to another level.
In Paris I felt the biggest surprise was the Hedi Slimane’s take at Celine. I was expecting a similar vibe to his past YSL collections but that was not the story he told and I loved the new direction, the retro but modern feeling he created.
Dries Van Noten’s is always one of my favourites and this season did not disappoint. There was a fragile femininity and beauty to the collection, it reminded me of Japanese porcelain.
In the Studio
My wonderful friend Rose Boyt is presenting her photographs of her Father, Lucien Freud at the Ordovas Gallery in Mayfair. Within the catalogue, along with copies of the photographs is a very personal essay. The photographs were from her time in his studio when she sat for his painting ‘Rose’ and presents an intimate snapshot of their time.
‘In the Studio will conjure up the atmosphere of Lucian Freud’s Holland Park studio in the late 1970s, through photographs taken by the artist’s daughter, the author Rose Boyt. Rose’s pictures will be shown alongside the portrait that she was sitting for, forty years ago. On public display for the first time, the photographs bring Freud’s studio to life and place the portrait of his daughter in the context of its creation’
At Ordovas till the 27th April.
My March high point was going to see The Stranglers with my friend Craig West. There is no doubt that seeing music live is good for the soul and something I must do more often. It was worth every effort to hear Golden Brown sung live.
On Thursday 23rd May I am very excited to be taking part in an intimate Q&A hosted by Tamara Cincik, Fashion Roundtable's CEO and Founder. The evening event will see me discussing my work and life: from my nights at Studio 54, to working on the jewellery for Oscar winning film The Favourite and this will be followed by your chance to create your own jewellery. Tickets are very limited so if you would like to join us for this gorgeous evening then please click through to the Fashion Roundtable site.
