Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability.
If you are not delighted with your order please contact us at email@example.com to give us the opportunity to remedy.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it online (the start of your contract with us), or within 14 days of the day after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to return items please return them to us within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the goods.
Please note we can only accept items back in perfect and unused condition. For goods outside the 14 days period, or from a sale, or of an intimate nature (e.g. earrings), or bespoke goods then regrettably we cannot refund unless the goods are defective or faulty.
To make a return:
1/ Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Reference Number.
2/ Package the items carefully, ideally in the original packaging.
3/ Enclose a copy of your receipt and contact details.
4/ Send the package back using registered mail to provide you with proof of posting and delivery.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once we have received the return.The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our team will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. In exceptional circumstance, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstance will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
You will only own the goods you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain title to the goods.
